Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Accounting Clerk for an immediate opening in Pasadena, CA. This position is 100% onsite and offers a dynamic and professional work environment. The role requires a candidate with strong Excel skills, specifically in Pivot Tables and Vlookups, and experience in accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups, to support accounting functions.
• Manage financial tasks involving accounts payable and receivable.
• Work in a professional office setting to support the finance department.
• Commit to a long-term temporary role with full-time hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Assist with various accounting tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
• Participate in immediate interviews as the client is looking to hire immediately.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable is required.
• Ability to work onsite in Pasadena, CA.
• Commitment to a full-time, ongoing temporary role.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary:

$22-$24 per hour

Additional Details:

This is a temporary position with immediate interviews and hiring. Candidates should be prepared to commit to the role long-term as it is an ongoing temporary assignment.
